When we can’t work it out together or when you want help by submitting a complain, you can contact the complaint officer from the CBKZ. Translated: the central office for complaint management in healthcare. They are impartial, work independent en they will help you with support and advice. They will also help by finding a solution. Everything you tell the complaint officer will be confidential.
